Each student will get three books for a fifteen-day period. After the fifteen-day period, students can reissue the book once for the next fifteen days or they can return before or on the due date.

Reference material (Books, Journals, Encyclopaedias, Yearbooks, General management books, Audio-visual material, old Newspapers, Manuals, Handbooks, and Directories) available in the library should be used in the library only.

Students can issue the reference material by depositing their ID card.

Reference material can be issued out for Xerox purposes to students for an overnight period only, after depositing the ID card.

Make entries in the visit register of the library with the timing of visit.

In case of damages and loss of a book, a borrower is asked to bring in the same book (same edition) and submit it. If the book is not available in the market, he/she will have to pay double the price of the book. In the case of rare and out-of-print books, the principal will determine the price. Old and second-hand books are never accepted while replacing the book.

The Librarian reserves the right to suspend the membership of any member found misbehaving, abusing the library staff, or behaving in an indecent manner.

Keep silence in the library and in the corridor.

Switch off mobile phones in the library premises.
